The chart below shows the organization of the Next Generation Tatara Co-Creation Centre. Professor Reed of the University of Oxford, UK is appointed as Director of the Centre. The director manages the entire project, collaborates with domestic and overseas institutes, and develops human resources with advanced lectures. Some of the vice directors, coordinators, and leading researchers are appointed from companies in Shimane Prefecture and have established the promotion system that integrates industry and academia. In order to increase the effectiveness of the Tatara Project, we set up the following three core projects: 1) Aircraft Industry Project, 2) Motor Industry Project and 3) Human Resource Development Project. Three leaders are assigned to each project to manage progress and achieve goals speedily.
